Job Title: Director of Clinical Services

Division/Program: San Mateo - Mental Health Rehabilitation Center Services

Starting Compensation: 101,552.51 - 121,863.01 USD Per Year

Working Location: Redwood City: Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (In-Person Position)

Working Hours/Shift: Full Time, Monday-Friday, AM Shift

What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):

  • Master's degree in a social science field.
  • At least eight (8) years of experience in a behavioral health field and two (2) years in a leadership role, including experience in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities.
  • BBS Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist.
  • Ability to provide Clinical Supervision per BBS regulations.
  • Valid California Driver's License.

How you will make a difference (job overview):

This position has primary responsibility for clinical and operational oversight of the Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC). Responsible for ensuring adherence to licensing/oversight regulations and company policies.

Division/Program Overview:

  • MHRC is a 16 bed, inpatient program that provides intensive support and rehabilitative services.
  • The individuals served are 18-64 years old with mental health struggles that have necessitated placement in a state hospital or other intensive behavioral health facility.
  • Comprehensive behavioral health and psychiatric services are provided by a multidisciplinary team.
  • The team supports individuals in developing the skills to become self-sufficient and increase levels of independence and functioning.
