Grill Cook Description
Fuddruckers is looking for a skilled and passionate grill cook to join our team! The Grill Cook grills a variety of foods in many different ways. He/She has special training and/or experience in the art of cooking so as to prepare and cook beef and other types of meat to each customer's exact specifications, poultry, or fish while simultaneously maintaining full control of the grill station. In addition to preparing grilled foods, The Grill Cook is also required to fry sides, poultry, and fish dishes as part of their duties. He/she is responsible for preparing other products, which will involve cutting and lifting products in cases as well as assembling, measuring, portioning, and restocking. The ideal Grill Cook candidate has a minimum of two years of training and/or experience in the art and is responsible to:
