We are looking for a proficient individual to join Talbots as a Commercial Property Lawyer. To be successful, you will have a minimum of 5 years qualified experience.
As a Lawyer within Commercial Property, you will be expected to offer advice on Commercial Property transactions and provide support to Corporate & Commercial colleagues in the sale and purchase of businesses operating from commercial premises.

What the job involves:
- Assisting, conducting, and managing various Commercial Property transactions including leases, sales, purchases, and re-mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold, and freehold commercial properties.
- Drafting, reviewing, amending, and issuing legal documentation including various transaction reports to clients and professional lenders.
- Developing a good working knowledge of the case management system whilst working efficiently, effectively, and professionally.
- Supporting colleagues within the department as well as liaising with existing and new clients.
What you need:
- To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in Commercial Property.
- Have an excellent knowledge of relevant law and practice, including a proven track record of the Conveyancing processes.
- Be detail-driven, have excellent communication skills, and be a motivated & organised team player.
