Please be aware that this is a full-time role requiring on-site presence at our Newport Beach office. Responsibilities: • Manage Trust Administration-Decedent’s Estate cases independently from initiation to conclusion • Handle Conservatorship cases or Probate cases from inception to completion • Engage with prospective and current clients through meetings and communications • Collect, organize, and evaluate asset information efficiently • Submit court documents, arrange court appearances, and provide service as necessary • Maintain calendars and prepare case files for hearings and client consultations Qualifications: • Must have demonstrated expertise in Trust Administrations-Decedent’s Estates, as well as Conservatorships or Probates • Possession of a Paralegal certification or qualifications that align with the standards of Business & Professions Code Section 6450(c) is required • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a preference for familiarity with Actionstep • Strong attention to detail and capable of working independently or as part of a team • Must have a reliable means of transportation to our Newport Beach office or be willing to relocate before starting the position Compensation: $28 - $36 hourly DOE
