Salary: $70,000

Location: New York, NY

I am working with a client who is a fast-casual seafood restaurant looking for a General Manager to join their team. They are a seafood restaurant renowned for its focus on sustainably sourced products served in a casual and inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the restaurant’s daily operations to ensure guests are provided with an exceptional experience
• Assist with the recruitment of team members and provide leadership and guidance to staff, building and fostering a positive and motivating work environment
• Promptly and efficiently resolve all customer inquiries in a friendly manner
• Analyze sales and control expenses, payroll, and inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years quick service restaurant management experience
• Beverage knowledge
• Confident and calm leader with superb communication and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of P&L’s and COG’s, with strong financial acumen
• Genuine passion for the restaurant industry and a dedication to delivering memorable dining experiences to customers
