We are looking for a Survey Coordinator/Manager that is going to be leading all survey field coordination for the firm. This is a key position within their survey department and would be essential in ensuring smooth field operations.

Duties:

  • Scheduling day-to-day projects and tasks for field crews on projects and provide feedback on project progress
  • Collaborating with the design team project managers and survey project managers on surveying projects
  • Monitor vehicle fleet, survey equipment and supplies
  • Field all incoming client calls for new projects and set up all necessary field crews for projects
  • Implement the company's quality assurance and quality control program for field surveying


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of land surveying experience either in the field or office
  • Ideally have experience with field coordination/operations
  • Experience collaborating with both field and office staff to make sure projects are running smoothly and getting done on-time and within budget
  • Desire to work in a fast paced environment overseeing multiple projects and staff/crews at a given time
