A little bit about our team:
The Finance Transformation (FIT) team is a group of professionals across the WMG organization brought together to re-imagine our processes and systems to establish more standardized and efficient ways of working that will drive WMG’s growth and business aspirations.
Your Role:
You are responsible for managing project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Maintain project plans, timelines, and proactively allocate resources. This role will oversee the execution of project tasks to ensure successful completion within budget and schedule constraints.
Here you'll get to:
Project Planning/Execution:
- This role is responsible for partnering with the Transformation Leads, Change Management team and Process Owners, defining and prioritizing their project plans and ensure execution against them.
- Proactively manage project roadmap, revising as appropriate to meet changing needs.
- PMO experience in SAP S4 Hana implementation; preferably with large system integrators.
- Maintain requirement documentation.
- Manage scope and governing change request process.
Performance Monitoring/Reporting:
- Track project progress against established goals and performance metrics.
- Generate reports on program status and stage gates.
- Day-to-day project management.
Risk Management/Mitigation:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
- Adhering to PMO governance standards, communications, and schedules.
Communication/Engagement:
- Key liaison between project team and stakeholders to manage expectations, deliverable activity, status, and concerns.
Third Party Management:
- Responsible for adherence of SOW requirements as well as ensuring progress between status meetings and ensuring all product areas work in harmonization.
- Manage the delivery of the program and third party budgets and timelines.
About you:
- 15+ years in Program Management for Global Finance Transformation.
- PMO experience in SAP S4 Hana implementation.
- Deep program management experience driving business workflow improvement.
- A passion for delivering results and building trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload.
- Ability to motivate and maintain project momentum. Ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget with a high level of customer/business satisfaction.

Salary Range: $200,000 to $250,000 Annually
Effective October 1st, 2023 this position will require being in the office 4 days a week. We believe that an in-office presence is critical for talent development, collaboration and building strong relationships.
