Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
• Excellent customer service skills
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
• Utilize government websites and professional resources to find the right answers for customers
