We're looking for a tech fluent exec recruiter to join us. As a Talent Advisor with Newance, you'll work on executive and high level technical searches within a high-touch, boutique search firm.


You're also paired with a hands-on subject matter expert - engineer, product, UX etc. This unique approach helps you to focus on what matters most - finding and engaging the right candidates at the right time.


To thrive in this role, you'll need to understand the world of venture backed startups and be able to talk about how you've utilized technology to be a better recruiter.


Fully remote is totally fine though preference will be for Milwaukee, WI or Madison, WI or Chicago, IL based candidates as we do like to hang out together regularly.

We're Looking For Someone With

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Truly stellar ability to understand the context of a search and apply it to your work including asking insightful questions and digging in beyond surface level answers.
  • Strong intuition including an ability to both run an effective process and recognize exceptional executive talent and fit.
  • Superior organizational skills and tech leverage. Your clients & candidates need to hear from you often. If you’ve written scripts to automate this, we should talk.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to move between projects.
  • Full desk experience or at minimum an exec level focused in-house role.
