Role: Google Cloud Platform Data Engineer

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months

Must have:

1. Hadoop 5+ Yrs of Exp
2. Scala 4+ Yrs of Exp
3. Google Cloud Platform 3+ Yrs of Exp
4. Hive 4+ Yrs of Exp
5. SQL - 3+ Yrs of Exp
6. ETL Process / Data Pipeline - 4+ Years of experience

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in Hadoop/Big Data.
2. 2+ years of experience in strategic data planning, standards, procedures, and governance.
3. 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python or Scala.
4. 3+ years of experience in writing and tuning SQLs, Spark queries.
5. Experience in understanding and managing Hadoop Log Files, Hadoop multiple data processing engines.
6. Experience in analysing data in HDFS through Map Reduce, Hive and Pig.
7. Experience with scripting languages: Python, Scala, etc.
8. 3+ experience in Google Cloud Platform environment.
