The Position
We're searching for a top-notch lawyer with 5-10 years experience to join our team focusing exclusively on high end catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases, with an emphasis on trucking and commercial motor vehicle cases.

Qualifications
- Experience in Personal Injury Litigation, Plaintiff or Defense
- Motivated, Compassionate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a team
Legal Advice, Research, and Negotiation skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Membership in good standing with the State Bar
- Prior experience on the Plaintiff side is a plus but not required
