Job Description

Role Summary:

As the Front-end Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of front-end developers through the migration of existing features to Blazor, while also pushing forward the development of new features. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on coding and a strong focus on team productivity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the front-end team in the migration of our existing application features to Blazor.

Design, develop, and deploy front-end architectures and applications.

Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while also pushing code yourself.

Collaborate closely with back-end developers and product managers to create optimal integration solutions.

Mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality software development practices.

Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables within the front-end team.

Stay updated on new technologies and propose adaptations and upgrades to keep Intrigma at the technological forefront.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a front-end developer with hands-on experience in Blazor or similar frameworks.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing or leading a development team.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong portfolio of developed front-end projects.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience guiding teams through major migrations or transitions.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to navigate and resolve conflicts effectively.
