Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries: Respond to inbound calls and emails in a timely and professional manner, offering accurate information and solutions.
- Resolve complaints: Listen actively to customers, identify their concerns, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions: Accurately log all customer interactions and follow-ups in the company's CRM system.
- Meet performance goals: Achieve individual and team targets related to call handling, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professionalism: Keep a positive and courteous attitude during all interactions, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM systems
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
