What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage daily operations, including production, staffing, and compliance.
• Oversee and develop direct reports, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure efficient resource use, compliance with GMP, and timely product release.
• Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing initiatives like 5S and Kaizens.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support FDA inspections and compliance efforts.

What You Bring:

• Manufacturing experience within a commercial FMCG or Pharma environment
• 3-5 years experience
• Leadership experience within a supervisory role
• Associates Degree
