Senior Financial Analyst

Company and role:

Healthcare company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the team and manage mainly traditional FP&A responsibilities. We are looking for a polished professional who is excited to be in a challenging environment, and can collaborate successfully with other teams from around the country.

What will you do:

• Analyze historical and current financial data and performance trends for the organization.
• Prepare financial reports, conduct ad hoc analysis, develop financial models, and create projections based on company financials.
• Evaluate and forecast weekly cash flow for the organization.
• Assist in consolidating monthly financial reporting packages for leadership.
• Help maintain and optimize financial reporting systems, ensuring the accuracy of dimensions, attributes, and workforce data.
• Collaborate with department leaders and finance team members to review and update financial forecasts.

Who they are looking for:

• BA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or similar analytical roles.
• Proven ability to gather, manipulate, and analyze data to create reports and tools that support organizational goals.
• Preferred experience in healthcare financial management.
• Highly organized and collaborative.
• Ability to understand, implement, and monitor internally developed tools.
