Engagement Scope:

• Exposure to functional areas like Core HR, Absence Mgmt, and Benefits
• Data Migration & Integration - HCM Extracts, HDL
• Developing Payroll Interface, OTBI Reporting & Fast Formulas
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture
• Previous experience of implementing Oracle HCM Cloud in R8/R9/R10 (1-2 years)
• Strong Analytical and Communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

Preferred:

• At least 2 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes
• At least 2 years of experience in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM)/Cloud Modules implementation/integration
• At least 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes

Qualifications

Basic Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with IT/Oracle
