Job Description

This level 1 support position will be providing advanced PC and printer support.

Ideal candidates will have Certifications in CompTIA A+, MCP, and/or Network +, preferred; with an associate or bachelor's degree in the field of computer technology and/or work experience as a technician.

  • User Based Desktop Support
  • New User/Employee Setup
  • Break/Fix Troubleshooting Related to Desktop Devices
  • Service Ticket Triage and Use of Ticketing System/Walk-Up Requests
  • PC/Laptop Upgrades for End Of Life

Qualifications:
Qualifications

- Experience with desktop support - at least 1 + years

- Certifications is a plus

- Associates or Bachelors Degree in a technology related field
