Role Description: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and lead our sales team to success. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive knowledge of real estate, a strong sales background, and experience managing a large, diverse team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on manager who is capable of leading others, ensuring the team meets and exceeds its goals.

    • Proven experience in a sales management role within real estate or a related field, managing a sales team.
    • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.

    • Ability to analyze data, provide constructive feedback, and implement effective strategies.
    • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
    • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support the team and company objectives.
    • Hands-on approach with a willingness to step in and lead by example on the sales floor.
    • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
