Role Description: Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and lead our sales team to success. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive knowledge of real estate, a strong sales background, and experience managing a large, diverse team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on manager who is capable of leading others, ensuring the team meets and exceeds its goals.

- Proven experience in a sales management role within real estate or a related field, managing a sales team.

- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support the team and company objectives.
