Job Description: As our Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic social media campaigns to promote our events and engage our audience. From crafting compelling content to analyzing performance metrics, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to our events.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including posts, videos, and graphics, that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
• Manage and maintain active presence on social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful relationships with our online community.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives.
• Track and analyze key metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for crafting compelling content.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
• Creative thinker with a passion for staying abreast of industry developments and experimenting with new ideas and approaches.
