Minimum Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of health care information technology work experience
  2. At least 3 years CCL Programming
  3. At least 3 years of Requirements gathering
  4. At least 3 years of Process improvement experience
  5. At least 3 years’ experience in customer service
  6. Identify and evaluate current data management technologies
  7. Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  8. Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  9. Perform other responsibilities as assigned
  10. Ability to work independently in a highly complex environment
  11. Strong clinical knowledge in Cerner solutions and how they interact/interface with others
  12. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail
  13. Ability to work with a collaborative work style
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution knowledge and engagement support

Responsibilities:

Work closely with Oracle's internal business and development teams to drive the technical/functional global implementation of Oracle's applications internally. The main responsibilities may include:

  1. Manage all aspects of internal deployment projects and work closely with the internal teams on status, issues and communications.
  2. Define business specifications with the internal user community for the global deployment of the application.
  3. Define and drive business specifications for product and component integration points.
  4. Map standard application functionality to global/local business specifications.
  5. Manage product gaps from business specifications to product enhancement and/or business process change.
  6. Define product enhancements to drive solutions for all customers.
  7. Manage product setup definition and configuration along with internal business process teams.
  8. Manage all aspects of product rollout and coordination with internal teams.
  9. Define specifications for data migration from legacy systems into newer applications.
  10. Define specifications for data interfaces between applications for product rollouts.
  11. Manage user acceptance testing and transfer of information to internal teams.
  12. Provide technical support for implemented applications; diagnosing and reporting bugs, applying patches and upgrades as needed.
  13. Establish priorities for feasibility studies, systems design and implementation to develop new and/or modify the company's information processing systems.
  14. Coordinate with functional departments involved to collect system specifications, techniques, and controls.
  15. Interact with senior management within Product Development, Business organizations and Global IT.

Range and Benefit Information:

US: Hiring Range: from $31.97 to $67.93 per hour; from $66,500 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
