Job Description
As a Senior Support Analyst, you will lead the charge in delivering top-tier technical support in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging intricate supply chain software solutions. Harness the latest technologies to anticipate and swiftly resolve technical challenges post-implementation, stepping in when standard product support falls short. Drive quality assurance through meticulous code review and comprehensive reporting of design, reliability, and maintenance issues to the engineering team. Spearhead innovation by crafting custom modifications, conceptualizing new functionalities, resolving coding glitches, and fine-tuning system configurations. Extend unwavering support to clients by seamlessly integrating additional functionalities and delivering tailored training sessions. Actively contribute to product enhancement efforts by channeling customer feedback into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field
- 3 years of experience developing, supporting or implementing application software
- Requires up to 25% travel
- 2 years of experience developing in Windows operating system
- 2 years of experience developing in C# computer language
- 2 years of experience developing in SQL Server
- 2 year of experience with .NET application server
