Target Range:

$150,000.00/Yr. - $160,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Provide holistic ownership and leadership over assigned Digital Product or Platform. Drive the overall direction of the product set(s) based on bank and divisional strategy, client demand, market research and innovative thinking. Focus on new product development and roadmap execution, utilizing a human centered approach. Maintain day-to-day product management responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Own the Product Roadmap for assigned digital products, maintaining a complete back-log and recommending prioritization for product development efforts to meet both short-term and long-term strategic goals; present recommendations to senior and executive management
• Ensure all product development efforts follow the digital product development and management framework, while collaborating with key partners including Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, Marketing, Operations, Sales and other key constituents; ensure assigned products meet all regulatory, compliance and legal requirements and standards and fall within the bank's risk appetite
• Perform ongoing market research, competitive research and vendor research. Provide support and training to Sales and Operations.
• Evangelize digital innovation
• Advocate for the client experience
• Recommend and establish product pricing; maintain product P&L
• Build and track key metrics and management reporting for assigned product
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years' Treasury Product Management
