We measure success as a team and are always willing to help support each other!WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:Quickly and efficiently handle a high volume of customer inquiries via email, social, and live chat while navigating multiple computer systemsResolve customer issues related to orders, returns, shipping, and product informationCommunicate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfactionMaintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM systemFollow company guidelines and procedures to address customer inquiries while maintaining our brand's voice and valuesAttend a training course the week of 10/14 or 10/21Provide 30-40 hours per week of customer support after initial training period (training will be approximately 10 hours per week to start)Provide availability to work as least one of the following windows: 10AM-6PM and 2PM-10PM (EST)Some weekend and holiday availability will be requiredThis is a temporary-remote role lasting approximately 12-18 weeksProvide remote support (residing anywhere in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.)WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:E-commerce experience requiredWorking knowledge of Kustomer (or another CRM), Shopify and/or Netsuite strongly preferredHighly proficient in using computers, navigating multiple systems, and can type at a minimum speed of 50 words per minuteManage multiple tasks efficiently while working autonomouslyA strong work ethic and top-notch written and oral communication skillsProficiency using G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
