Superior Plus Propane is seeking an experienced Service Manager who will report to the Customer Service Center Manager. As the Service Supervisor, you will provide direction to the service technicians and coordinate work with our service partners. In addition, you will provide exceptional customer service to our customers and partners.

What you'll do:
• Take customer calls related to service and other issues and provide follow-up as needed.
• Set daily schedule for the service technicians.
• Work directly with our service partners to take care of our customers' needs and maintain a strong working relationship with our partners.
• Work with the technicians to ensure that all materials needed to complete the job are available prior to the start of the project.
• Ensure that all required permits have been obtained prior to the start of any project and follow up with inspectors to confirm that all applicable codes have been met.
• Assist the Customer Service Center Manager with scheduling all required technician training
• Record keeping for service tech apprentices.
• Other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Center Manager.
What you bring:
• High school diploma
• 1-3 years of scheduling or routing experience
• Possess exceptional organizational skills
• Prior supervisory experience preferred but not necessary
• Strong leadership skills
