As a key member of the executive leadership team, the ideal candidate would be primarily responsible for leading the home office-related responsibilities to more effectively serve our remote physicians and partners, including ensuring commitments and work are done well and on time. We are seeking an individual with prior senior management experience at an executive level.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Heavy focus on KPI development and management with the ability to translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.
2. Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving the organizational vision and operations strategy.
3. Manage overall corporate operations and internal corporate resources.
4. Assess and minimize risks to the company.
5. Develop and uphold the company’s mission statement.
6. Evaluate and track the success of the company in reaching its goals and deliverables.
7. Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the organization, such as monitoring processes, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with multidisciplinary areas of the organization and implementing policies.
8. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, care and promoting an inclusive, safe environment for accountability.

Required Skills, Abilities and Behaviors:

1. Highly motivated and committed individual with a drive to get things done.
2. Ability to work independently and as a team within a fast-paced environment.
3. Ability to communicate with and work with a wide variety of people is essential.
4. Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
5. Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues.
6. Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
7. Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.

Educational & Professional History Requirements:

1. Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles.
2. MBA (Preferred).
