Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage various events for different departments within the organization, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including the creation of promotional materials and social media content.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual needs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain and update databases and filing systems to ensure efficient access to information.
  • Support the development of marketing strategies by providing insights from organized events and feedback from participants.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing, office administration, or office management role.
  • Proven experience in event planning and organization within a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with event management software is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
