A dynamic and growing organization seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Voorhees, NJ. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for organization, event coordination, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage various events for different departments within the organization, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company objectives.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including the creation of promotional materials and social media content.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual needs.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Maintain and update databases and filing systems to ensure efficient access to information.
- Support the development of marketing strategies by providing insights from organized events and feedback from participants.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing, office administration, or office management role.
- Proven experience in event planning and organization within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with event management software is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
