We are part of the GSS organization; our department is called M2+ (Marketing, merchandising & more). This was initiated in 2019 to take up marketing & merchandising related activities within the Books org that are repetitive, low-medium complex, manual tasks distributed across many employees. We look to standardize the work items executed in an operational environment, with SOPs, productivity measurement/improvement, and ultimately automation. Over the years, we expanded our scope to 10+ GLs outside of the books org and are continuing to grow by collaborating with newer teams. M2+ can support Demand Generation activities for all teams within Amazon and it encompasses 120+ sub-processes across the GSS org.
We are looking for an analytical and results-oriented individual contributor as a Marketing Associate with a strong bias for action and deep dive skills who will be responsible for helping drive strategy and execution for content coverage. You will be expected to have expertise and the ability to support 'end to end' program execution and support several projects simultaneously, create/own processes, and actively collaborate with multiple stakeholders independently. You will demonstrate the ability to execute deliverables with minimum guidance, communicate effectively, escalate roadblocks/risks, and make trade-offs.
IMPORTANT: This is a remote role; however, onboarding will be on-site. The company will not reimburse costs during the onboarding training stage.
