Sr. Site Reliability Engineer

Title: Sr. Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Richardson, TX (5 Days onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or Technology, or related field; Experience working in finance or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform to provision, configure and deploy cloud based systems in AWS.
2. Hands on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm and AWS highly desired (several services including ECS, EC2, EKS, S3, Lambda etc.), Service Mesh technology; similar to Istio & Envoy and its variations.
3. Knowledge of security best practices for systems deployed in a cloud environment.
4. Experience with monitoring tools and build monitoring that alerts on symptoms rather than on outages.
5. Bring up additional serving capacity.
6. Administer production jobs / block or limit unwanted traffic.
