Line Cook

Sassafras is hiring for a part time line cook to join our small kitchen team.

The sucessful candidate must have at least two years plus of cooking experience, preferably at least six months experience in a similar capacity kitchen.

Candidate must be comfortable both working with a team in a small, fast-paced, environment, and at times solo.

Good time management and communication skills are a must.

Consistency is essential, as are the abilty to follow recipes and take direction.

Applicants must be ServSafe certified or be able to be certified within 30 days of employment.

The position will be a mx of AM and PM shifts.
