Certified Public Accountant

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Certified Public Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary is $37 to $42 per hour.

Job Descriptions

• Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns, ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for improving financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA certification required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel) and accounting software such as QuickBooks.

Experience

• Proven experience in payroll processing, financial auditing, and technical accounting.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent financial acumen and ability to analyze complex financial data.
