Key Responsibilities

• Source and develop new client relationships through various strategies, both in person and virtually
• Understand clients' financial objectives and provide personalized strategies to help them achieve their goals
• Oversee branch operations and business planning to ensure a high-quality client experience
• Create and maintain a positive and engaging work environment within the branch

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience preferred
• Financial services, sales, or military career background is advantageous
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 registrations required, with the opportunity to obtain during a paid study period
• Commitment to ongoing training and professional development
