LHH is currently seeking a Recruiter with 3 or more years of experience for a full-time job at a high energy technology company in West Hollywood, CA. This is a contract-to-hire role that offers the opportunity to work with a growing and dynamic organization within the technology sector.


This role entails providing recruiting support to a dedicated team while adhering to company processes and policies. Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing, recruiting, pre-screening, and identifying potential internal candidates
  2. Conducting in person interviews of potential new hires
  3. Making offers to candidates
  4. Checking references of new hires
  5. New hire orientation
  6. Perform other tasks and functions as assigned to provide support to other team members and internal departments

Qualifications:

  1. 3 or more years of recruiting experience working in a corporate environment
  2. College degree preferred
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  4. Personable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Skills:

  1. Strong attention to detail
  2. Ability to effectively multitask
  3. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - mainly Word, Excel and Outlook

Experience:

  1. 3 – 5 years of recent recruiting experience in a corporate environment

Work Hours:

8:00am – 5:00pm, 40 hours per week

Pay Details:

$30.00 to $48.00 per hour
