Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop brand strategies to meet business goals and increase market presence.
- Lead teams to run marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
- Assist in shaping digital strategies for our brands, focusing on websites, email marketing, and e-commerce.
- Use consumer insights to guide marketing efforts and optimize for better results.
- Monitor and adjust marketing campaigns based on performance data.
- Analyze and apply POS data to support marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with PR and social media agencies to meet goals and lead key projects.
- Manage brand budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly and influence others.
- Manage and mentor a marketing specialist.
- Assist in consumer research projects and share findings with the team.
- Help develop and manage the annual marketing budget.
- Support agency management and tradeshow planning.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in consumer packaged goods.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and brand positioning.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Analytical with experience in data analysis and market research.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and self-motivation.
- Resourceful and flexible in approach.
