Senior Intellectual Property Transactional Attorney - Senior Attorney or Partner

Our client is a top regional firm, seeking a senior level IP Transactional Attorney for its highly-regarded Intellectual Property practice in North Carolina. A remote opportunity outside of NC may be considered. Portable business is "not" required for the partner role.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in high-level IP transactions, including patent acquisition, patent licensing, and patent litigation funding.
• Deep understanding of complex IP matters and related corporate structuring.
• Demonstrated leadership in sophisticated deals.
• Clear specialization in patent-related transactions.
• JD degree is required.
• Excellent client-interfacing skills; strong writing and interpersonal skills; team focused.
