This is a remote role. We are hiring for this role in Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona, or Michigan.
The Role
The US-based contract recruiter will play a key role in helping to source, attract and hire talented associates into a variety of roles at PartnerHero. As a recruiter, you serve as a strategic partner to hiring teams. You are responsible for coordinating and developing recruitment plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas in collaboration with our global sourcing team.
What you’ll do:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for a variety of roles, with ownership of more complex / higher level roles.
- Serve as a strategic Recruiter / talent advisor by actively establishing a collaborative relationship with business leaders by providing recommendations and talent insights using deep technical acuity, market knowledge, and a strong network.
- Partner with our global sourcing team and hiring teams to develop top of funnel strategies for key roles.
- Actively use both internal and external digital platforms to develop & implement sourcing strategies, build sustainable candidate pipelines, and develop relevant relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of PartnerHero’s business and products, and communicate them effectively with candidates
- Act as a primary touchpoint for candidates from initial outreach through the offer stage, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Take a highly organized approach to candidate tracking and funnel metrics.
- Own and iterate on our interview processes and approach to successfully evaluate and excite candidates.
- 6-10 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated prowess in creating innovative and unique ways to proactively source and engage pipelines of top talent.
- Proven ability to successfully identify, manage, and engage with exceptional candidates in high growth environments, including more experienced/management plus level candidates.
- Proven track record of continuous improvement through problem solving and producing solutions.
- Uses analytical thinking to set and track key performance indicators for effective recruitment strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with strong multi-tasking and organization skills.
- Strong sense of urgency, with proven ability to act swiftly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and processes.
- Experience managing applicant tracking systems.
- Experience and passion for using quantitative data do guide day to day decisions, report progress to stakeholders, and justify recommendations.
- Experience with Google Workspace and Slack is a plus.
