Summary of Role
The Sr. Software Engineer will develop software solutions from start to finish (design, implementation, and deployment). Will coordinate and provide in-depth guidance and technical requirements for implementation of new technology and/or existing feature enhancements. Determines design requirements, ensures efficiency, and offers improvement suggestions while providing mentorship to team members, as appropriate. Work and lead teams within Agile/Kanban methodology framework.

Pay Rate
Salary starting at $75,000
Hours/Shift
This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday.
Job Summary
- Stay apprised of new solutions and lead the team with the right tools and architecture based on the latest technologies.
- Technologist mindset, constant learning for team and self.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft .NET (C#) and React SPA project architectures. Hands-on architecture and coding experience with RESTful services, APIs, etc.
- 5+ years’ experience leading development teams on Microsoft (Full Stack) Technologies (Azure DevOps/Pipelines, C#.NET, SQL Server, Entity Framework, React SPA, MVC).
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and technology wiki/instructions/overviews.
- Participate in peer code reviews and ensure that coding standards and best practices are followed.
- Demonstrate knowledge of security and identity software technologies, trends, leading practices with IDP/SSO, SAML, MFA, etc.
- Knowledge in network security issues, HIPAA compliance, and data privacy compliance, ongoing system vulnerabilities resolution strategies.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree with major course work in computer science, MIS, or a related field is required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
Experience:
Minimum 6+ years’ experience with .NET software architecture, programming, and/or a related field is required.
