Compensation Analyst III
The Compensation Analyst III is responsible for providing compensation consulting to clients across the GMR footprint. This role involves analyzing, designing, and administering employer compensation programs, including base pay, incentive pay, and executive compensation programs. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of compensation experience and be proficient in Excel and data management. This position offers the opportunity to engage in a wide breadth of compensation programs in a mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide client consultation on compensation decisions for the company's operations organization, supporting a wide geographic area with diverse positions in the healthcare industry.
- Benchmark positions, recommend pay levels, and stay abreast of pay trends for specific talent groups.
- Maintain job description database and salary structures, providing best practice input for job description development.
- Recommend process improvements and effectively administer compensation programs, including annual merit process and incentive compensation programs.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of compensation experience
- Experience facilitating companywide initiatives
- Proficiency in Excel and data management
- Ability to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate well with corporate and operations leadership
