Entry Level Finance Associate

Vaco Boston has partnered with a leading privately held wealth management firm in the Boston area. Currently we are seeking Entry Level Finance Associates to join our operations team for a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

1. Verification processing and recording of trades settlements, Foreign Exchange Processing, Trade Entry, Corporate Actions etc.
2. Securities processing
3. Global Support of all alternative fund transactions
4. Review and completion of hedge fund documentation

Requirements:

1. Strong Communication skills both written and verbal to work with team, other departments and at times clients
2. Bachelors degree required, no exceptions
3. Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management preferred
4. 0-1 years of experience, relatable experience, internships and hands-on experience preferred
5. Ability to work hybrid onsite/remote schedule
