Automotive Biller

We are looking to hire and experienced automotive biller with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task. The position is full time Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. We are located in Roselle. We are a family owned dealership in need of individuals that want to grow with us! We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance in addition to 401K and paid vacations.

• Packaging, mailing, and tracking contracts. Posting funding notices and reconciling contracts in transit
• Posting new and used car deals in accounting
• License and title work. Dealing with Illinois Secretary of State and CVR
• Cut checks and payoff trade in vehicles
• Dealer trades and wholesale deals

• Previous dealership billing experience preferred, but not required
