T-Mobile has an exciting opportunity for an attorney to join its Legal Team and work at one of its corporate headquarters in Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS, or its offices in Denver, CO, Reston, VA, or Herndon, VA, primarily supporting the growing T-Fiber team.


What You’ll Do In Your Role:

  1. Provide legal advice to a growing business unit, with a focus on complex contractual relationships with wholesale suppliers and vendors.
  2. Negotiate, draft, and revise complex commercial agreements.
  3. Serve as trusted advisor for internal business clients across a range of cross-functional teams.
  4. Advise on a broad range of strategic legal and business matters.
  5. Provide business-practical solutions. Advise the business in assessing short-term tradeoffs in the context of broader strategic imperatives.
  6. Drive departmental initiatives, including the development or redesign of legal support processes to increase efficiencies and better align to the needs of the business.

The Experience You’ll Bring:

  1. 3+ years of experience as a corporate, transactional, or licensing attorney, with top law firm and/or relevant in-house experience.
  2. Impeccable attention to detail and strong sense of pride in work product.
  3. Juris Doctor from an accredited university with outstanding academic credentials.
  4. Current bar membership (in good standing) in at least one U.S. state; eligibility for admission to Washington, Kansas, Colorado, or Virginia bar.
  5. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  6. Ability to interact with senior management with strong executive maturity.
  7. Keen pragmatic business sense with solid judgment and analytical skills, including the ability to translate the needs of senior leaders into action.
  8. Ability to work independently and efficiently, meet demanding deadlines, and balance multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with ambiguous and ever-changing priorities.
  9. Demonstrated ability to mentor others and lead complex projects and high impact initiatives.
  10. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with legal and business professionals, with a variety of personalities, in a complex organization.
  11. Provide results-oriented practical advice in a timely manner.
  12. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  13. Desire and ability to work as part of a team.
  14. Experience in cable, home internet, or broadband preferred.
  15. Humility and sense of humor.
  16. At least 18 years of age.
  17. Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Base Pay Range:

$123,200 - $222,200


At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
