Requirements:

• Handle all aspects of building maintenance and repairs
• Landscaping/Snow removal 
• Complete repairs in a timely fashion while keeping a clean work environment
• Working within a budget
• Act as a liaison between the management team and outside vendors
• Clean driving record

Qualifications:

• General maintenance experience and light electrical work
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Self motivated
