As Technical Program Manager, you own large cross-team programs and projects that ensure the data, devices, and systems are secure, resilient, and compliant. Your teammates are a global team of security engineers, software developers, and technical program managers dedicated to continuously raising the security bar.
Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and lead one or more Amazon Healthcare Security programs, providing strategic direction and day to day oversight.
- Manage technical security projects, becoming an SME in the defined technical domain.
- Work with engineers to architect, design, implement, support, and evaluate secure tools and services.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience implementing security controls for highly regulated environments.
- Experience managing projects or programs across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Experience with AWS services.
