Tech Lead, Global E-Commerce-Fundamental Business Merchandise

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the core system design and development in the field of global e-commerce item listing and management.
• Responsible for the growth and management of software engineers.
• Benchmarking the industry, continuously planning and enhancing the foundational capabilities of relevant systems, optimizing openness and scalability. Participating in international architecture improvements and ensuring system stability and high availability.
• Promoting the improvement of team's technical proficiency, continuously optimizing development iteration efficiency, and reducing daily operational costs.
• Exploring new business scenarios in international E-commerce.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification:

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Golang/Java/C/C++, familiar with OOP design principles.
• Ability to design systems, optimize performance, and ensure stability in distributed and high-traffic scenarios.

Preferred Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with 1+ years of technical leadership experience working on highly scalable backend services and systems, and familiar with common data storage technologies such as MySQL, Redis, Kafka, etc.
• Experience in software development management is preferred.
• Experience in the E-commerce or Ads industry is preferred.
