We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in our data-driven projects, contributing to process optimization, data management, and client delivery.
Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Define and catalog data sets, ensuring data quality and accessibility.
- Identify data users and their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop net-new data products.
- Lead initial issue response and root cause analysis for technical challenges.
Must-Have Skills
- Technical documentation experience for clear communication.
- Proficiency in Jira management for efficient project tracking.
- Strong client delivery and project management skills.
- Expertise in data management best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Programming experience with a language (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation.
- Familiarity with data science models and their applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Data Science).
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or related role.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
