This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $26.18/hour - $28.40/hour

The Contingent Marketing Associate will be responsible for the supporting the customer marketing programs for one of our largest customers. Primary focus will be to ensure effective execution of a new program rollout across 13,000+ store locations. The associate may also assist in developing training programs and sales tools to support the Sales and Field Teams in response to customer needs. In this position, the Marketing Associate will work closely with the Customer Marketing, Sales and our North America Field Teams – in addition to coordinating with our customer and distribution stakeholders.


Required Skills:

  • Demonstrate initiative and leadership skills; setting vision and strategy, planning, critical thinking, orchestrating cross-functionally, overseeing multiple project elements and proven track record of results
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, good attention to detail and use of sound judgment in a fast-paced environment are essential.
  • Strong project management prowess. Must have demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Must have well-developed leadership qualities with an ability to create strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook


Preferred Skills:

  • Well-developed leadership qualities with an ability to create strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Familiarity with sales management tools, including SAP, KORBER


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in marketing field
  • 2+ years of related experience within Marketing or Project Management
  • Marketing interest
