As we enter an exciting phase of growth, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Founding Account Executive to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a startup from the ground up, driving sales, shaping our go-to-market strategy, and having a direct impact on our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Robin to our CEO's Batman: Work closely with the CEO to execute the sales strategy, focusing on booking high quality sales meetings with potential clients.
- Rapid Experimentation: Work with our CEO hand in hand to identify and qualify leads, how to get a hold of them, and ensure a steady pipeline of customers.
- Sales Coordination & Collaboration: Manage the scheduling and coordination of sales meetings together with our CEO
- Follow-Up: Handle post-meeting follow ups, maintaining engagement with prospects and moving them through the sales funnel.
- Customer Engagement: Assist in understanding client needs and preparing the CEO for sales calls by providing relevant insights and background information.
- CRM Management: Keep detailed records of interactions with leads and clients, ensuring the CRM is up to date with the latest information and next steps.
Qualifications:
- Proven AE Track Record: 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in martech, e-commerce, or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment where fast delivery with minimal supervision and resources is do-or-die.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and build rapport with clients.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Passionate about understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive value.
- Growth Mindset: Ability to think strategically and continuously evolving our strategy for sales opportunities, market positioning, and long term growth.
