Job Requirements / Description
Purpose/Position Summary:
Support the restaurant by providing an excellent customer experience. Assist with the cleaning and appearance of the restaurant to provide a safe and clean environment for our customers.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Adhere to all company policies as they relate to the company's cash handling and standard operations procedure, personal appearance standard, personal conduct, and employee/guest relations. Maintains cleanliness of restaurants, which includes but is not limited to trash removal, dishwashing, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning tables, countertops, food prep area, display cases and restaurant equipment.
2. Know and implement the Company's Customer Service Standards.
3. Display a "customer always comes first' attitude by delivering legendary customer service.
4. Provide effective coaching to improve individual and team performance.
5. Performs restaurant opening duties to include but not limited to food preparation, stocking and rotating product, setting up displays, etc.
6. Performs restaurant closing duties to includes but is not limited to storing product, cleaning restaurant and restaurant equipment.
7. Promote a positive overall team atmosphere that includes cooperation and teamwork, high morale and positive interpersonal interactions and communications.
8. Ensuring each customer receives outstanding service by providing friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging ever customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and all other aspects of customer service.
9. Maintaining an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
10. Verifying register and completing appropriate paperwork at opening and closing.
11. Following procedures for cash and charge sales. Processing voids promptly and by procedure.
12. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
13. Lead with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values and mission of both Concessions International and Starbucks. Demonstrate a calm exterior during periods of high volume or unusual events.
14. Actively work to keep your work area clean and safe for customers and coworkers.
15. Utilizing information from Standard Operations Procedures manuals to adhere to company policies.
16. Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.
Decision-Making Authority:
Position enlists assistance from a Lead, Assistant Manager, Unit Manager, or General Manager for decision making that impacts the business.
Qualifications:

Education/Previous Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Availability to work flexible hours and work weekends required.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions. Ability to effectively communicate information individually and in small group situations to customers and co workers. Also, the ability to understand the English language both written and verbal.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
