**License:**
- VA State license is required.
- Facility allows a 90-day authorization period, during which candidates with another state license can be considered while awaiting VA license issuance.
**Certifications:**
- ARRT certification required.
- BLS certification required.
**Must-Have:**
- Candidates must submit one supervisory reference. Two references are required for compliance.
- All candidates must have specialty experience within the last year.
**Job Description:**
- Work in a Level 2 trauma center, primarily handling inpatient emergency department cases.
- Operate three Siemens scanners, including two Drive and one Edge models.
- Floating may be requested based on the facility's needs.
- Candidates are not allowed to work both travel assignments and per diem contracts simultaneously.
- Prior permanent employees must have a 6-month gap before being eligible for travel positions.
- Keep requests for time off to a minimum, preferably no full calendar week off during the assignment, and no more than seven days total. Any requests must be included in the initial submission and approved in the confirmation document; no additional requests will be considered after an offer is made.
- Ensure all certifications and licenses are current and attached to the submission.
