Specialized Recruiting Group is searching for a Vice President of Sales for a leading national residential builder who is committed to delivering high-quality homes and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Sales to lead their sales team and drive growth.
Experience in the Residential Home Building industry is required!
Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and market trends. Lead and mentor high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Sales Operations: Oversee the sales operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Implement best practices and technologies to optimize sales processes and performance.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the residential construction or real estate industry.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
