The Vice President of Finance is an upper-level executive who oversees all financial matters for our organization. You are responsible for processing the financial activities to maximize profits and plan for its growth. This position includes analyzing data and advising top executives on ways to use that information to make strategic decisions about the organization's future.

Job Responsibilities
- Drive and manage the financial initiatives, budgeting processes, and KPI tracking including developing action plans to ensure annual financial objectives are met.
- Prepare timely and accurate analyses, summaries, and reports of financial data on the operating progress of the company.
- Monitor performance of all units and aggressively address under-performing units, promptly instituting corrective actions.
- Create a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting structure that includes a minimum cash threshold to meet operational needs.
- Routinely review revenue cycle metrics to proactively identify and address issues affecting overall performance.
- Ensure the company's compliance with local and federal regulatory matters.
- Implement proper Q&A systems to adequately measure financial performance and quickly partner with other senior leaders to correct any variance to standards.
- Direct and develop the finance and accounting teams to meet the goals of the financial strategy for the organization.
- Improve efficiency related to billing, reporting, revenue recognition, payments, receivables, etc.
- Communicate and implement the culture, beliefs, and all Company programs to standard.
